  • Collaborate with in-house web team on the Redesign Project
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute redesign for all sites under the Division of Budget and Finance
  • Strive to design responsive webpages ensuring they look great on all devices (desktops, tablets, and phones)
  • Appointed Chief Pagemaster for my division
  • Design graphics, icons, buttons for website decoration and event logo using raster and vector graphic software
  • Review Accessibility and QA Reports using Siteimprove to ensure the website meets WCAG 2.0 standards for ADA compliance and fix issues if needed
  • Create accessible, fillable forms in Word, Google Docs, and PDF
  • Create, collect and analyze data from online surveys using Survey Monkey or Google Forms
  • Design storefront signage along with communication and marketing materials for clinic and pharmacy

  • Lead on Mobile Health Consumer App project designed to integrate all benefit resources from a single app

  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Technology, and Employee Benefits in creating a new Virtual Onboarding Process for new hires
  • Create detailed procedures logs with clear step by step instructions for wellness operations
  • Monitor vendor agreements to ensure compliance with the contractual obligation
  • Create and maintain MS Access database to collect and manage data, build queries, forms, and reports
