Manage 4,500 sq ft onsite fitness center with 500 members employed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Serve as a liaison between the corporate client, the SEC, and LifeBridge Corporate Health
- Supervise 1 full-time employee and several contracted fitness instructors and personal trainers
- Design in-house fitness newsletter, flyers and update healthy bulletin board monthly
- Register all new members, secure required fees, applications packets, and waiver forms
- Collect membership fees and maintain accurate financial records
- Report payroll and check requests to LifeBridge in an accurate and timely fashion
- Cultivate a positive exercise environment for participants
- Teach fitness classes and design exercise plans for members
- Conduct a safe and effective fitness assessment including cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and body composition
- Design and implement fitness challenges and incentive programs
- Coordinate health promotion programs and fitness activities
- Evaluate and interpret fitness assessment results
- Identify high-risk clients and special populations
- Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of all equipment
