- Generate a spending plan and program outline each year, securing $500,00+ in funding
- Initiate addition of a dedicated website for the wellness program
- Maintain website using Dreamweaver and assist with the transition to SharePoint
- Present a Tech Tips segment during the monthly staff meetings
- Create original design layouts for employee wellness handbooks
- Design in-house publications and promotional materials and coordinate printing and delivery process
- Create and maintain MS Access database to collect and manage data, build queries, forms, and reports
- Create and present educational seminars and employee workshops
- Develop and present informative demonstrating a return on investment to senior leaders including the School Board and City Council
- Motivate, supervise, and train staff to attain departmental goals and wellness vision
- Analyze claims data and recommend strategies and plan design changes
